Make an impact
- Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and support in generating new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
- Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
- Follow the organization’s health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks and to safeguard the environment and the well‑being of self and others.
- Draft elements of product documentation and user training to support handover to business as usual. Contribute to post‑project reviews and identification of lessons learned.
- Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities.
- Contribute to project and program reporting and review by organizing meetings and by preparing project and / or program papers (e.g., agendas, reports, and presentations).
- Contribute to management of resources by maintaining and distributing records of project and program budgets, actual spend, and resource utilization forecasts.
- Support stakeholder engagement by arranging meetings, events, and other stakeholder engagement activities.
- Contribute to the management of risks and issues by maintaining and distributing project and program risk registers and issue logs.
- Support in renewing company certifications and prepare documents like delivery notes.
What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.At least 5 years of relevant work experience in project support, operations.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and management.Good understanding of business processes and essential business knowledge relevant to the role.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills for reporting and documentation.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Contract position with a duration of 1 year.Swisslog provides you with the possibility to grow while working with us to deliver a game‑changing mission : to shape the future of intralogistics by introducing an era of robotic and data‑driven automated solutions that create exceptional customer value.
