Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a commercially minded Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will work on building new applications, extending existing ones, and gradually refactor a monolithic architecture into a micro‑services approach. The role is fully remote with an expectation of attending meetings in US, UK, and Malaysia operating hours, and a typical work schedule of 6 AM‑3 PM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, code, refactor, and test applications using object‑oriented best practices and PSR‑12 standards.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Write test cases, debug, and optimize components for speed, security, and scalability.
• Follow application security and data protection best practices, including OWASP guidelines.
• Mentor junior developers and provide code review feedback.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to understand business requirements and deliver new features.
• Provide operational and technical support for existing applications.
• Retrieve and analyze monthly analytics for internal teams.
• Perform any other tasks reasonably relevant to the role.
