Penerangan pekerjaanIjazah kolej atau lebih tinggi (ijazah sarjana muda diutamakan). Sekurang-kurangnya satu tahun pengalaman perkhidmatan pelanggan (pengalaman dalam pusat panggilan, penjagaan kesihatan atau perundingan diutamakan). Kemahiran komunikasi dan penyelesaian masalah yang sangat baik. Keupayaan untuk bekerja secara berdikari dan menguruskan masa dengan berkesan. Kemahiran dalam Microsoft Office; Sistem CRM diutamakan. Fasih berbahasa Melayu dan Inggeris (Cina tambah). College degree or higher (bachelor's degree preferred). At least one year of customer service experience (experience in call centers, healthcare, or consulting preferred). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM systems preferred. Fluent in Malay and English (Chinese a plus). The Role
- Mengendalikan pertanyaan pelanggan secara profesional dan cekap melalui telefon, e-mel atau sembang.
- Menyediakan pelanggan dengan maklumat yang tepat tentang perkhidmatan perubatan dan perundingan.
- Urus janji temu, janji temu susulan dan rekod pelanggan.
- Merujuk isu-isu kompleks kepada jabatan yang berkaitan.
- Mengekalkan tahap kepuasan pelanggan dan kualiti perkhidmatan yang tinggi.
- Susun laporan ringkas tentang interaksi dan maklum balas pelanggan.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide clients with accurate information about medical and consulting services.
- Manage appointments, follow-up appointments, and client records.
- Refer complex issues to the relevant departments.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Compile brief reports on customer interactions and feedback.
