Job Description

Drive actionable analytics and reporting to optimize card collections performance, reduce delinquency, and improve recovery rates across Atome Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain and automate regular collections dashboards and scorecards (weekly / monthly) for KPIs such as DPD buckets, cure rates, roll rates, contact rates, promise‑to‑pay (PTP) conversion, and recovery yield.

Segment delinquent accounts, identify high‑risk cohorts, and model prioritization rules to improve collector productivity and expected recoveries.

Run root‑cause analyses on trends (e.g., spikes in DPD) and propose data‑backed remediation actions to Collections Ops and Product teams.

Support A / B tests of outreach strategies (SMS / phone / email), measure lift, and translate results into recommendations.

Collaborate with Collections Managers to translate analytic findings into operational playbooks and collector scorecards.

Maintain data quality and documentation (data definitions, lineage, assumptions).

Provide regular insights and presentations to stakeholders (Collections Lead, Finance, Risk).
