What You\'ll Do

• Team Leadership & Development — Build, lead, and scale high-performing delivery and operations teams across multiple markets. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while creating clear career progression pathways. Establish team structures, roles, and responsibilities that optimize both delivery and operational outcomes. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across your teams.
• Strategic Planning & Vision — Define and execute the strategic vision for delivery excellence and operational efficiency. Partner with executive leadership to align delivery and operations strategy with business objectives. Lead long-term planning for team growth, capability development, and organizational scaling. Drive strategic initiatives that transform how the organization approaches delivery and operations.
• Organizational Development — Design and implement delivery frameworks and operational processes that teams can execute consistently. Establish governance structures, decision-making processes, and escalation paths. Create measurement systems and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into team performance. Lead organizational change initiatives that improve delivery velocity and operational effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Leadership — Collaborate with engineering, product, and business leaders to ensure alignment on delivery priorities and operational needs. Lead cross-functional initiatives and represent delivery and operations perspectives in strategic planning. Build partnerships with other departments to optimize resource allocation and minimize organizational friction. Drive executive reporting on delivery performance, operational metrics, and team development progress.
