Penerangan pekerjaan2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in paints, coatings, construction materials, or industrial products). Strong understanding of industrial coatings , shipbuilding, or fire‑retardant applications (a plus).Proven ability in lead generation and deal closing . Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and confident in working remotely or cross‑border . Independent Sales Agent – Paints (Commission Only)
Location : Malaysia (Remote / Freelance Collaboration)
About the Role
US Buildings – the exclusive distributor of Hai Van Paint , Vietnam’s trusted coating brand, is looking for independent sales partners to expand our presence in the industrial & marine coatings sector across Malaysia.
This is a commission-based collaboration role , ideal for experienced sales professionals or freelance agents who want to earn high commissions through flexible, independent work.
Note : this is not a full-time employment position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain B2B relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors.
- Promote Hai Van Paint’s industrial and marine coating products to local clients.
- Generate new sales leads and follow up to close deals.
- Coordinate with US Buildings’ sales support team for product information, quotations, and logistics.
- Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions.
