Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a J&J Protégé Trainee - Supply Chain Delivery for a 12‑month assignment.
Responsibilities include overseeing Order to Cash, Warehouse and Distribution activities with our outsourced partners, managing CDC requests, compiling monthly invoicing and billing reports, leading business reviews with external stakeholders, compiling audit documents, supporting audit scribe duties, and serving as a task force / co‑lead on projects to improve efficiencies and optimize costs. The trainee will play a critical role in ensuring efficient business operation and compliance with organizational SOP and legal processes.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure day‑to‑day order management activities are executed flawlessly and timely (returns, replacements, penalty payments).
- Collect data and prepare routine reports for management review.
- Work with 4PL to ensure service and order deliveries to customers on time and collaborate on specific projects or initiatives to support business growth or process improvements.
- Support PAP and PTA deliverables from Supply Chain Delivery’s end.
- Lead Weekly Operations Review Meetings, Customs Brokerage Meetings, and 4PL Business Review Meetings.
Audit Preparation and Readiness
Support audit documentation preparation and supporting documents.Serve as audit scribe / back‑room support during audits.Project Management
Support initiatives and project implementation by providing ideas, suggestions, data collection, and executing deliverables.Serve in the task force of projects and co‑lead in project management.Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Proficient in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau).Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.Proactive, attentive to detail, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.Seniority Level
