Video editing skills : Comfortable with CapCut (desktop or mobile) and Figma. Creative eye : Ability to cut to the beat, add attention‑grabbing hooks, and polish for social platforms. Attention to detail : Especially in subtitling, pacing, and formatting for ads. Performance mindset : You don’t just edit for aesthetics — you edit to convert. Reliable, organized, and able to work remotely with our team. Part‑time, approx. 20 hours per week. Flexible and remote‑first, with occasional check‑ins.

What You’ll Do
- Edit raw video into 9 : 16, 4 : 5 and 1 : 1 performance‑ready ads using CapCut suite.
- Add subtitles, captions, hooks, and end frames.
- Adapt winning creative concepts into multiple variations for A / B testing.
- Ensure all videos follow platform best practices.
- Work closely with the creative and performance marketing teams to meet weekly ad quotas.
- Maintain a clean archive of edited assets for reuse across markets.
