Pre-school Campus Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop strategies to increase enrolment and retention of students at the branch.
• Attend prospective parents' inquiries and arrange for school tours.
• Participate in marketing and branding activities, including social media, to increase brand awareness and student enrolments.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through effective communication strategies.
• Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and lead the team to achieve all performance indicators.
• Provide leadership to ensure that the highest quality standards are consistently maintained in the execution of Baby Atelier's curriculum.
• Coach and train educators, supporting them to appropriately monitor, assess, document, and evaluate every child's learning and development.
• Arrange and monitor attendance, performance, and punctuality of all educators in the branch.
• Create and lead all educators towards a high‑performance culture.
• Responsible for overall branch operations, including branch administration.
• Ensure that school facilities are clean, well‑maintained, and that Baby Atelier's safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
• Ensure compliance by parents and students with all standard operating procedures, especially infection control and sickness management.

Leadership and Resource Planning

Provide leadership to ensure that the highest quality standards are consistently maintained in the execution of Baby Atelier's curriculum.

Coach and train educators, supporting them to appropriately monitor, assess, document, and evaluate every child's learning and development.

Arrange and monitor attendance, performance, and punctuality of all the educators in the branch.

Create and lead all educators towards a high‑performance culture.

Responsible for overall branch operations, including branch administration.

Our educators are primarily graduates from the fields of early childhood education or psychology, and they receive intensive internal training on safety, hygiene, classroom management, and parent‑child communication before being assigned to a class.

In line with our core value of ensuring the highest level of safety standards, we send all our educators and nurses for CPR, First Aid, and AED certification and refresher courses annually.
