QA Engineer / Senior Engineer / Asst Manager QA

Penerangan pekerjaanPrepare and performed Process Audit to ensure production processes are running as per requirement Oversee process quality, handle quality issues and ensure issues are escalated to related parties Working with related parties to follow up for improvements Verify material or products or process in the case where quality issues arises Plan and execute Product Quality Control and Inspection Plan (SOP / SIP) Monitoring production line quality performance from NPI to MP Drive and handle quality improvement activities as and when required Attend meetings organized by related parties to resolve quality issues Supplier Quality Management KPI : Weekly / Monthly / Half a year and annual summary by supplier / part number. Improving IQC incoming MRB / Non-QVL / LRR. Supplier survey and audit (QSA / QPA / ISO / QMS system). Supplier quality and process improvement (8D report) Supplier management plan of hazardous substances (GP program) Supplier important quality problem and preventive measures. Any other job functions are required by management. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical, etc) or any relevant related field At least 2 years working experience on quality field is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply Good communication skill and have the ability to communicate effectively with other function teams Able to work in a team and individually and in a fast environment
