Group / Division

Global Operations (GOPS) team, which includes Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality. We partner with our worldwide supply base and design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team works to build products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Manage product configuration specifications and drive sales order (SO) accuracy above 95%.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, NPI, Special Coordinator, Engineering Services, Order Administration, Manufacturing, Master Schedulers, VC Modelers, and others).
• Chair meetings and manage Product Configuration Specification (PCS) documents (KMAT models, KMAT Phantoms, KMAT BOM, pricing, configuration rules, description, etc.).
• Ensure new materials and BOMs are set up correctly and that ECO is accurate and ready for Variant Configurator (VC) modelling (structure PCS into SAP).
• Work with VC Modelers to ensure VC information is accurate; validate and test VC changes in SAP and production environment by creating quotes.
• Validate SAP orders against OA and Account teams; act as main contact to Order Entry for related issues.
• Identify configuration gaps and work on closing them.
• Manage backorders via sale order change requests (SOCR).
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics for configuration accuracy and backorder shipment.
