Sales Executive-Mandarin Speaker Needed

Job Responsibility

• Follow up with customers to close sales deals.
• Prepare and create customized proposals and quotations for customers.
• Communicate with customers to resolve post‑sales issues and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Conduct site visits across Johor for sales or after‑sales purposes.
• Manage and maintain personal commission reports.
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management team.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, and share insights with the team.
• Support marketing activities, such as attending roadshows, events, or exhibitions if needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after project completion.
• Assist in preparing presentations or product explanations during customer meetings.
