We are an Australian-based company seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will work remotely from Malaysia and support our finance and administration team with accurate bookkeeping, data entry, reporting, and compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry of invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions
• Maintain proper digital filing systems for finance and admin documents
• Assist with BAS (Business Activity Statements) preparation and compliance reporting (according to ATO requirements)
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Manage general administrative tasks related to finance and operations
• Liaise with Australian management team and accountants to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting and tax requirements
