Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage, depending on company). Overview
Account Executive role at Molicc System Sdn Bhd.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and payment processing.
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Experience of handle SST.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for all financial records.
- Assist in improving financial processes and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant government authorities.
