We are looking for a Retail Associate to join us as we strive to deliver world-class service to our customers. As a sales professional, knowledge of the sales process is crucial — prospecting, qualifying, selling, overcoming objections, closing the deal and follow up. We want somebody who matches our spirit and ambitions, and someone who will challenge us to constantly push our boundaries. Responsibilities

Provide service, product knowledge and expertise to customers. Sell musical instruments and related products. Participate in sales and marketing events, roadshows, etc., as required. Accomplish daily retail showroom tasks. Qualifications

Must be able to play an instrument (guitar or bass preferably). In-depth knowledge of various musical instruments is an advantage. Strong presentation skills, self-motivated and a good team player. Excellent customer service and sales orientation. Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu. Computer literate with knowledge of basic office software. Physically fit. Able to start working immediately. Application Questions
