The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day‑to‑day clinical operations, ensuring employee well‑being, and assisting doctors in delivering professional medical care within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Industrial Nurse at a factory clinic located in Penang.
• Manage daily clinic operations , including patient registration, consultation support, and medical documentation.
• Dispense medications and provide first aid or treatment for minor injuries or illnesses.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and follow‑up care.
• Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and medical histories accurately.
• Coordinate medical benefits and assist factory personnel in managing their health records.
• Conduct health awareness and safety programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sterilization of the clinic environment and medical instruments.
