Base pay range

Job Responsibility

  • Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, reconciliation, month-end & year-end closing)
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports : P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Track & process project / sub-sale commissions, booking fees, and collections
  • Oversee payroll, claims, and all statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, HRDF)
  • Monitor branch spending vs. budget and provide cost control advice
  • Ensure accurate & timely SST submissions and implement compliance with LHDN E-Invoice
  • Manage SST submissions and implement compliance with LHDN E-Invoice
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on audit & tax matters
  • Supervise junior accounts / admin team and ensure internal SOP compliance
  • Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support management decisions
  • Support operational functions on an ad-hoc basis as required during peak periods, events, and special projects

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (real estate or project-based preferred)
  • Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards, SST, and LHDN E-Invoice
  • Skilled in Google Drive, Microsoft Excel & accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • High integrity, accuracy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work independently and report directly to top management
