Prepare detailed test scripts and execute test cases to ensure system functionality and compliance.

Coordinate and engage with stakeholders and Head Office during UAT and project implementation stages.

b) Requirements Management

Develop workflow diagrams to illustrate business processes and system flows.

Prepare presentation materials to document and communicate product-related information.

Draft and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD) to capture system and business needs.

c) Documentation Management

Update and maintain internal process documents (e.g., IOP) to ensure alignment with current practices.

Prepare approval forms (AFA) and business memos (BI) for management endorsement.

Manage document circulation and approval through the Pega system for internal governance.
