Your role and responsibilities

• Focus on end-to-end Tactical Buying RFx steps including 3-bid buy, negotiations, and contract redlining.
• Execute low-value sourcing activities (Tactical Buying).
• Create global agreements with awarded suppliers, supported by Senior Sourcing Professionals.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, conduct BU interviews, and present final event outcomes and supplier scoring.
• Manage NDA / CDA engagement with suppliers before handover to Sourcing Analyst for agreement creation.
• Prepare cost modeling (cost structure) for each sourcing project.
• Provide data and support for Supplier Performance Management and collaborate with Senior Sourcing Professionals for BU / supplier presentations.
• Work with Sourcing Analysts on Supplier Scorecard calculations and BU interactions.
• Execute supplier financial health analysis and reporting for moderate-complexity cases.
• Support middle and back-office procurement tasks based on complexity.
• Utilize market intelligence and supplier identification from Senior Sourcing Professionals and include suitable suppliers in sourcing projects.
