RESTAURANT MANAGER

Sofwah Arabic Grill is one of Malaysia’s fastest-growing Arabic cuisine restaurant brands, known for its authentic Middle Eastern dishes, warm hospitality, and commitment to excellence.

With established outlets in Gurun, Kuala Nerang, Sungai Petani, and Alor Setar , and new outlets opening soon in Jitra and Aman Central (Alor Setar) , we are expanding our leadership team and seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic organization.

Position Overview :

As the Restaurant Manager , you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, outstanding customer service, and maintaining the brand’s high standards. You will lead and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall restaurant operations to achieve business goals.

Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and service standards.

Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.

Manage inventory, control stock usage, and minimize wastage.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Monitor daily sales performance and prepare operational reports.

Plan and implement strategies to increase revenue and efficiency.

Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment at all times.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English .

Able to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Willing to be placed at any Sofwah Arabic Grill outlet , including new openings in Jitra and Aman Central (Alor Setar) .

Employment Details

Probation Period : 6 months

Salary Range : RM2,200 – RM3,200 (Negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours : According to restaurant schedule (shift-based)
