The Senior Demand and Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for spare parts demand, supply and inventory planning, master data governance and process improvement for the service supply chain. This role has global responsibility for spares parts management to support Customer Care meeting SLA, while seeking to improve cost, supply continuity and inventory optimization. Responsibilities

Manage service parts demand and supply planning, including inventory control, distribution planning, and processes to avoid delays and stockouts. Monitor inventory turnover, excess & obsolescence (E&O) and accuracy across global service warehouses. Develop spares demand / supply plans considering demand forecast, inventory targets and on-time delivery. Identify and maintain planning parameters in spares planning systems to optimize inventory, service levels and P&L. Maintain effective communication with Customer Care, Logistics, Order Management and Procurement to ensure priority requirements and timely delivery of spares parts. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 6+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree with 3+ years of work experience. Specialized expertise in spares planning and aftermarket management. Experience leading others to solve complex problems; ability to apply analytical thinking and identify innovative solutions. Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders. Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve processes. Preferred

Experience with Spare Parts Planning Software such as Baxter, PTC, and SAP / ERP. Medical device experience is preferred. Database management and SQL knowledge. Other Information
