Successful Applicant

A successful Proposal Specialist should have :

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, or related field.
• Exceptional visual storytelling and layout design skills.
• Experienced in proposal development, presentation design, or sales support (3+ years).
• Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in business English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Bonus : Familiarity with proposal automation tools, content management platforms, and an interest in copywriting.
