1. Recruitment Planning & Coordination

Work closely with outlet managers, area managers, and department heads to identify manpower needs.

Plan, coordinate, and prioritize hiring based on approved headcounts and operational urgency.

Develop and maintain clear job descriptions and job requirements for each position.

Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies, manpower planning, and budget allocation.

2. Candidate Sourcing

Post job advertisements on platforms.

Source candidates through referrals and online networking.

Build a candidate database and maintain an active pipeline for current and future openings.

Explore new recruitment channels or platforms to widen candidate reach.

3. Screening & Interview Process

Review and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates based on job criteria.

Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Prepare interview evaluation forms and ensure timely feedback collection from interviewers.

Follow up with candidates on interview results and maintain professional communication throughout the process.

4. Offer Management & Onboarding Coordination

Coordinate onboarding schedules and handover of new hire information to the HR operations team.

Ensure smooth onboarding and first‑day arrangements with relevant outlets or departments.

5. Recruitment Reporting & Analysis

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and records of all candidate applications.

Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment status reports, including hiring progress, open vacancies, and turnaround time.

Track key recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, and source effectiveness.

Identify process gaps and propose improvements to optimize recruitment efficiency.

6. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s image as an employer of choice.

Draft and post engaging job advertisements reflecting company values and culture.

Assist in organizing job fairs, career talks, and recruitment events when required.
