Penerangan pekerjaanConduct regular account reviews to monitor client performance. Provide suggestions and insights to help clients improve engagement and revenue. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Use CRM tools to track client activity, product usage, and feedback. Prepare reports and identify opportunities for account growth. Share client insights with internal teams to enhance products and services. Support business initiatives through proposals, presentations, and documentation. Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management , Client Relations , or Customer Success roles. Proficient in CRM systems and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. English proficiency is required. Fluent in Mandarin (essential for client communication). Cantonese is an advantage.
