Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey information effectively. Excellent communicator with confidence in communicating with C-levels. A strong customer-centric mindset, with a history of making independent and appropriate decisions for customer needs. Proficient in computer skills, including CRM systems, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Always hungry for sales and achievements.
Our Client is in the business of an AI-powered, omnichannel conversational platform built for businesses to unify and automate customer communications and sales across modern messaging channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle, achieving or exceeding monthly quotas for both new business and existing accounts.
- Identify new prospects through inbound inquiries and self-sourced leads.
- Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department heads.
- Deliver online product demonstrations, and occasionally conduct in-person presentations.
- Collaborate with internal champions to engage multiple stakeholders, including direct sales to C-level executives.
- Work closely with relevant departments to adapt our sales strategy in response to new features and product launches.
- Product demonstration on-site or online.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement.
- Staying updated of latest industry trend in technology and e-commerce.
