Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator to join the Bulan Bintang team! In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience creating engaging content and hosting live sessions for one of Malaysia’s leading fashion brands. You’ll work closely with a fun, energetic team and learn directly from our managers and creative leads — helping you grow your skills and confidence in the world of digital media and fashion retail.

Job Description

  • Create engaging short and long‑form videos that align with Bulan Bintang’s brand identity and creative direction.
  • Develop content that resonates with TikTok’s diverse audience while staying on top of current trends.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce videos that showcase Bulan Bintang’s products, style, and in‑store experiences.
  • Experiment with new TikTok trends, sounds, and creative formats to keep content fresh and exciting.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements

  • Proven success growing an engaged audience on TikTok.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Energetic, confident, and passionate about engaging with audiences on social media and live streams.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
  • Passionate about creating content that delivers memorable experiences for customers.
  • Excited to be part of a close‑knit team that’s redefining the retail experience.
  • Presentable and camera‑friendly, with a natural on‑screen charisma.
  • Age between 20–26 years old, with a lively and youthful personality that connects well with our audience.
