We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead growth and expand market share within our ENT and Neuro portfolio of cutting‑edge medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a high‑performing sales team
Drive business development and execute targeted sales strategies
Build and manage strong KOL relationships and stakeholder rapport
Develop and optimize sales funnels to maximize conversion and growth
Use data and CRM insights to track performance and drive improvement
Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to deliver results

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s in Biotechnology, Medical Science, or related field

Minimum 8 years in medical devices sales (3 years in sales leadership)

Proven success in ENT, neuro, or surgical portfolios

Strong in business development, relationship management , and sales strategy

Passionate about innovation and improving patient outcomes
