We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can lead, build, and optimize complete web systems from start to finish.

You will work closely with management and other developers to deliver high-performance platforms — from system architecture and coding to deployment and maintenance.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver who understands both business objectives and technical execution, and thrives in a company culture that values speed, innovation, and AI-powered efficiency .

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of developers to deliver project goals on time
  • Design, build, and maintain frontend + backend systems for digital platforms
  • Handle API integrations , third-party connections, and internal service communications
  • Manage DevOps processes — including deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization
  • Identify and implement automation and AI-driven improvements to enhance productivity
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and best development practices
  • Collaborate with management to translate business needs into technical plans

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies (any modern framework accepted)
  • Proficient in API design, third-party integration , and system interconnectivity
  • Experience with DevOps, CI / CD pipelines , and cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Familiar with AI-assisted workflows or productivity-enhancement tools
  • Self-motivated and capable of taking ownership from planning to delivery
