job description
- Responsible for the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly financial reports and yearly budgets
- Responsible for various financial reporting deliverables following internal policies, financial reporting standards and relevant laws and regulations
- Participate in the analysis of financial data to evaluate the performance of the company
- Review and ensure the completeness of the accounts receivables (ie : tenants billings / CN / DN) and documentation.
- Maintain the accounting system and communication process improvements
- Assist in overseeing and supervising the work of more junior members
- Arrange and complete yearly tax fillings, financial audits, and reviews as required
- Responsible for timely SST submission and ensuring payments are made to the relevant authorities within the deadline
- Perform GL function and ensure correct recognition of revenue, costs, and expenses
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, bankers, government officers, etc.
- Perform other related duties / tasks as assigned by superior / management.
