Mandarin language is necessary as the role is required to deal with stakeholders from China. Proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and dependable. Strong communication and coordination skills. Able to handle multiple priorities with maturity and a positive attitude. Interest in the healthcare or wellness industry is an advantage. What You’ll Do
- Assist the Director in managing daily schedules, appointments, and internal communications.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials and minutes, and follow up on key action items.
- Support cross-department projects and ensure timely progress and reporting.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries to aid strategic planning and decision-making.
- Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia .
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Learn directly from the Director, gaining exposure to leadership, business growth, and operational strategy.
