Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands – Cameron Highlands, Pahang

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Office Assistant / Night Auditor to join our team at Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands' in Tanah Rata, Pahang. This full-time role plays a crucial part in delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining the smooth operations of our hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
  • Accurately process all financial transactions, including payments and settlements
  • Proactively address guest queries and concerns, and offer solutions to enhance their stay
  • Perform night audit duties, including generating reports, balancing accounts, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Assist with other front office duties as required, such as answering phone calls and operating the switchboard
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and uphold the hotel's brand standards at all times

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar front office or customer service role, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy, with proficiency in handling financial transactions
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure and during peak periods
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
