Stock Controller - Studio

About the role :

The Stock Controller - Studio is responsible for managing and tracking all physical samples that move through the studio environment for photography, videography, and content creation. This role ensures the accurate intake, handling, organization, and return of product samples, supporting smooth studio operations and timely asset delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Managing all daily inbound and outbound product deliveries
• Segregating products in product batches to be send for shoot as per priority / launch date requirement
• Unpacking, preparing stocks to be send to external photo studios for shoot, QC and repack of returned articles post photo shoot
• Preparing all supporting documentation details
• Arranging transportation of product to and back from location of shoot / external photo studio
• Order products from warehouse and track shipments; escalate delays if required
• Updating of inventory records and documents to track stock availability

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have :
