Minimum 5 years of experience in retail marketing, financial services, pawnbroking, or related sectors.
Proven success with hyperlocal campaigns targeting B40 / M40 or community-focused segments.
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic CRM tools.
Able to manage both offline (traditional) and online (digital) marketing channels.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (spoken / written). English is a bonus.
Independent, self-starter, resourceful – you’ll lead this department.
