Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on IT Manager to lead the digital transformation and oversee the full spectrum of IT operations for our growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT professional who is passionate about modernizing infrastructure, optimizing business processes, and mentoring a dynamic IT team.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation & Strategy (50%)

Drive the digitalization of manual processes into scalable, automated systems

Partner with department heads to assess needs and develop IT solutions that align with business goals

Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies, tools, and platforms

Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely, cost-effective implementation of IT solutions

Plan and execute system updates, integrations, and enhancements

Ensure user requirements and system specifications are met

Champion process improvements and digital innovation across departments

Lead IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring they stay within scope, budget, and timeline

IT Operations & Support (50%)

Oversee daily operations of the company’s Management Information System (MIS)

Maintain and support core IT infrastructure, servers, and systems

Ensure effective troubleshooting, backup, and disaster recovery practices

Establish and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and best practices

Lead and coach the internal IT team to meet performance expectations and organizational objectives

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

5–8 years of experience in IT operations , cybersecurity , and ERP system management

Minimum 3 years in a managerial or leadership position

Proven experience in vendor negotiation, project management, and audit readiness

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology , Computer Science , or a related field

Professional certifications such as CISSP , PMP , or equivalent are a strong advantage
