Penerangan pekerjaanStrategize and identify growth levels for each key B2B segment to achieve business goals Develop and implement sales plans and strategies, including sales forecasts, to achieve business sustainability as agreed with management Engage and develop strong relationships with key dealers / customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Expand customer base and propose new business opportunities (e.g., new customers, new product ranges) Maintain physical presence in the market to recognize performance and frontline needs Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards Translate broad strategic plans from management into operational programs Enhance capabilities in skills, competencies, and product knowledge to develop a highly skilled functional department Present progress versus objectives at sales weekly meetings and take corrective action Optimize working capital utilization, including cash flow and accounts receivable, to promote greater sales and profitability Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective and efficient B2B operations Build an effective leadership team and process; strengthen organizational capacity and effectiveness Mid-Senior level Full-time Sales and Business Development Industrial Machinery Manufacturing
