About the Role

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, initiating, and overseeing the execution of IT projects to ensure timely delivery within defined budgets. This role requires close coordination between internal teams and external vendors / consultants to achieve project goals. The IT Project Manager defines project objectives, manages quality assurance throughout the lifecycle, and acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Management : Develop comprehensive project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals. Coordinate teams through all phases — from development to implementation.
• Budget Management : Track and manage project budgets to ensure costs remain within approved limits.
• Team Coordination : Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor performance.
• Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Vendor Management : Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all deliverables meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed project documentation — project plans, reports, and evaluations.
• Additional Duties : Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
