Responsibilities
Perform daily sustaining administration duties across all Payroll and Benefits processes within established target timelines.Work with external vendors globally and regionally for Payroll and Benefits to ensure quality and customer satisfaction targets are met.Maintain country‑specific knowledge of legal and tax requirements across multiple countries to support Intel’s compliance.Manage employee queries through to resolution within established target timelines.Partner with regional HR Services teams to support complex issue resolution, program changes and new program implementation.Ensure adherence to all Document Retention, Reporting and Audit requirements.Conduct ongoing analysis of current Payroll and Benefits Administration to recommend process improvements.Maintain relationships with key business partners and stakeholders (Finance, Tax, Accounting, Business Group HR, Mobility, HR Legal).Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or equivalent business experience).Attention to detail and ability to deliver quality output under pressure and tight timelines.Open to fresh graduates and early‑career professionals.Proficient in written and verbal English to support global and regional stakeholders.Strong business partnering, influencing and stakeholder management skills.Computer literacy, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to data.Versatile and able to cope with ambiguity; willing to work odd hours when required.Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel.Experience in Payroll accounting, SOX and automation is an added advantage.Contract role – 6 months duration.Posting Statement
