Job Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and performance in the OTC drugs / medical device in Pharmacy channel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product positioning aligns with market needs and trends.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Manage product life cycles, including launches, promotions, and discontinuations.
• Analyze sales data to evaluate product performance and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and pharmacy partners.
• Coordinate with the agency team to execute impactful advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and present reports on product performance and marketing activities to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager (OTC / Pharmacy) should have :

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management within pharma OTC or medical device industry.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive actionable insights.
• Expertise in managing product life cycles and developing marketing strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of OTC and pharmacy product categories is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
