Role Summary
This role is responsible for the technical management of modern workplace technologies under Global End User Services (EUS). It involves managing operational escalations, ensuring effective service delivery by third-party providers, and supporting the deployment and adoption of global technology solutions. The role plays a crucial part in delivering reliable, secure, and compliant end-user services globally.
Key Objectives & Impact
Serve as a regional technical lead and subject matter expert for workplace technologies.
Ensure successful execution of service operations and technical changes.
Support global initiatives and enforce adherence to IT standards, security policies, and governance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to maintain service quality and user satisfaction
