Executive, Finance (AR)

Position Responsibilities : -Maintain monthly profit and loss statement and balance sheet schedule -Manage daily accounting operations and documentation for AR and GL function. -Ensure timely collection from customer -Identify revenue to be recognized and post necessary journal / reclassification. -Perform retail and online sales reconciliation -Monthly sales report preparation and declaration to stakeholders -Liaise with internal and external stakeholders pertaining to audit and tax matters. -Support queries from DM on Outlet PandL. -Assists to compile financial related information for corporate exercise. -Assist in any other ad hoc tasks given -Ensure proper compliance with local accounting and auditing standards.  [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-zus-coffee-job-executive-finance-ar]

Qualification and Experiences : -Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or degree equivalent in professional certificates, such as ACCA / LCCI. -Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in AR / GL (any related fields) are required -Experience in the Retail or FMCG field is preferred, but other fields are also considerable.  -Required general knowledge of accounting / financial / operational principle. -Intermediate profieciency in Microsoft office and Microsoft Excel. -Comfortable using computers, with experience in business solution and accounting software.  a Necessity, not a Luxury
