Production Executive

Execute and follow-up daily Production, documentation, output, efficiency and necessary tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate production records, including daily output, material usage, and downtime reports.

Purchase and monitor timely delivery of goods, services and application to ensure all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.

Records for expense reimbursement, manage budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

Archive and organize production documents to meet traceability and audit compliance requirements.

Report and follow-up production staff disciplinary, grievances and misconduct issues if any.

Assist superior with internal staff communication translations and other administrative tasks for the production department, such as scheduling, meeting minutes, attendance summaries, and reporting.

Any others duties as assigned by superior and management.

Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.

Responsible to understand and comply to related Environmental Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Management System requirements.

Cooperate with employer with regard to environmental, safety and health at workplace.
