Penerangan pekerjaanStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Python or R , with experience in Scikit‑learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face . Hands‑on experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI). Solid understanding of NLP, deep learning and data modeling . Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field (PhD is a plus). Senior Associate : Minimum 2+ years in AI / ML projects. Manager / Senior Manager : 6+ years with proven leadership in data science engagements. Experience applying traditional ML and GenAI in real‑world business use cases. Knowledge of LLMs and vector databases is a strong advantage. AI / ML certifications (Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty). Experience with Responsible AI , explainability and AI ethics. Consulting or client‑facing experience across industries.

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end data science projects : data acquisition, feature engineering, modeling, evaluation and deployment.
- Design and develop AI / ML models , including LLMs for text summarization, content generation, document intelligence and chatbots.
- Guide clients on AI / ML adoption strategies , ensuring responsible use of GenAI.
- Build reusable ML pipelines and support MLOps practices.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to team capability building.
- Stay current with AI / ML and GenAI technologies and best practices.
- Present insights clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
