Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with local statutory requirements. Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful management reporting and analysis to global HQ. Partner with commercial and operational teams to evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, and CAPEX investments. Lead and develop a high‑performing regional finance team. Oversee tax, treasury, and audit activities for the region. A recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA). 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a Controllership or Financial Control leadership role within a multinational corporation . Proven experience in a complex, manufacturing, engineering, or capital‑intensive industrial environment. A track record of success in a regional (APAC) scope is highly advantageous. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
