Penerangan pekerjaanSupport and monitor production activities on the factory floor to ensure efficiency and quality in assembly processes. Conduct routine checks and troubleshoot technical problems related to production, machinery, or workflows. Prepare and submit technical reports to management when production or assembly issues arise, including root cause analysis and recommendations. Coordinate between different departments (engineering, quality control, production) to implement process improvements. Assist in enforcing workplace safety and compliance with automotive industry standards. Document and maintain production-related records, technical drawings, and workflow procedures. Requirements
- English and Mandarin speaker is mandatory.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Manufacturing, or any related field.
- Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing fields will have an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of automotive assembly processes and production workflow.
- Strong documentation and technical report writing skills.
- Comfortable working both in a factory (production floor) and in an office (planning & reporting).
- Independent, proactive, and capable of communicating across departments.
