Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Recognised professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA or CPA. Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior financial management role, preferably within the Accounting industry. Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Strong understanding of financial regulations, standards, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools. Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
About the role
RAHA BINA SDN. BHD. is looking for a Financial Manager reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. This full‑time role is based in Kuala Lumpur and will play a key role in managing the company's financial operations and reporting.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee the company's financial accounting and reporting functions, including preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
- Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance the company's financial controls and risk management.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
