Business Development Manager

Overview

Position : Business Development Manager

This role involves handling business development activities in the allocated markets. The manager is responsible for developing new customers, maintaining a high level of sales achievement, and implementing sales strategies and plans.

Location : Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang. The role requires possession of own transport and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain good relationships with existing customers and expand business opportunities.
• Handle sales inquiries and customer requests.
• Coordinate with other departments, including customer service and operations.
• Prepare sales reports and other relevant reports for management.
• Lead in-charge markets’ short‑term and long‑term strategies.
• Assess risks and ensure they are monitored and minimized.
• Set strategic goals and ensure they are measurable.
• Regularly discuss and report to the Director on market updates / trends.
• Assist in other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
