Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to cater diversed clients) Passion for delivering premium customer experiences. Base salary up to RM 8500 + Attractive monthly sales incentives . Job Description
- Lead and inspire a showroom team to deliver outstanding sales results and service standards.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and contractors.
- Plan and execute retail strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Manage CRM tools to track performance, nurture leads, and optimize conversion.
- Oversee showroom operations, visual merchandising, and day-to-day excellence.
- Coach, train, and develop your team for long-term success.
