Job Summary :

This position is responsible for IC GBS activities ranging from preparing BPO recharges, accruals, Blackline reconciliation to IC month-end-close tasks and IC out-of-balances resolution. The incumbent will also support Profit in Inventory Elimination (PIE) activities including reporting and variance analysis.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Support intercompany accounting process, including GR / IR, netting, and aging reporting for inventory and non-inventory processes
• Responsible for Intercompany Period End Close for APAC entities in scope : Identify and resolve problems / issues accrued or adjustment
• Intercompany Reconciliation : reconcile intercompany GL account balances between various entities to ensure that transactions are properly recorded and eliminate any discrepancies.
• Prepare Intercompany Recharges for GBS and BPO Services.
• Manage the governance, escalation, and resolution of disputes between trading partners
• Support monthly PIE reporting, variance analysis and inventory roll-forward analysis
• Prepare IC / Inventory related PL reporting and commentary
• Maintain required documentation (Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Desktop Procedures, and Training Records).
