• Good appearance; honest and cheerful personality.
• Strong communication skills; proactive in interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Service orientation – customer needs‑driven.
• Sales awareness – target‑driven.
• High sense of work responsibility; diligently fulfill assigned tasks.
• Strong execution ability – efficiently implement tasks.
• Ability to adapt to the retail industry’s work environment (standing service, shift work) and flexible working hours.
• English and Malay required.
