Responsibilities
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts and attract new customers, enabling the sales team to qualify and leverage potential accounts effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to determine optimal market positioning for AIMS Enterprise solutions.
- Take charge of meetings with qualified customers to understand their requirements, develop tailored proposals, and deliver compelling presentations.
- Lead customer presentations, address queries, and provide clarity on solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, gathering valuable technical and commercial feedback to inform and strengthen the sales team’s strategies.
- Prepare and support the creation of customized solution proposals that align with customer needs.
Proposal Writing
Responsible for maintaining database of past proposals for future use.Lead the creation of customer proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and RFP specifications.Coordinate with relevant departments to achieve proposal objectives within deadlines and stay updated on all amendments and modifications.Collaborate with business and technical gather materials for draft reports, test documentation, manuals, presentations, and other required deliverables.Oversee the creation of Master Project Structures, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and comprehensive project plans.Compile solution bundles, prepare quotations, and ensure proposals are updated with the latest terms and conditions.Ensure the Proof of Concept aligns with the agreed proposal before implementation.Strategically review account performance, whether won or lost, to establish a basis for strategic future planning and plan additional proposals or solutions to foster account growth and strengthen customer relationships.Requirements
Possess Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering with 1-2 years’ of working experience in ICT, IT Technologies Software, IT Network and / or in Cloud & Managed Service Consulting.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Candidates who possess working experience in ICT solution's for Enterprise & Government sector are preferred.Having strong knowledge in IT, cloud, disaster recovery, telecommunication, network and managed services technologies.Equipped with strong presentation skills for customer fronting and seeding activities.Strong adaptability and ability to work collaboratively in a complex cross-functional and multicultural environment.Seniority level
